Property Maintenance and Repairs


We have established preventative maintenance policies. Our field representatives periodically drive by each property to perform a visual exterior inspection. Should they find anything that needs to be repaired, a licensed contractor will provide an estimate and quality performance or repairs/improvements to protect your property value.

We maintain a cash reserve of $500 in a trust account for minor repairs that are needed and performed at our discretion. All non-emergency repairs over $500 will require owner's approval.

TENANT REQUESTS:

For Non-Urgent Maintenance Requests: tenants must submit the request in writing. The requests can be submitted online, via email, fax, or in-person. Urgent Requests: Tenants are provided with an emergency line for after-hours requests

RENOVATIONS:

We recommend updates and repairs that can maximize your property’s value. The best time to perform renovation is before a tenancy or after a current tenancy has ended. We have licensed contractors that will prepare cost estimates, collect bids and supervise or perform approved projects.
